Collector Hall accommodates a range of events including country wedding receptions, engagement parties, business conferences, birthday celebrations, and public events such as the Collector Pumpkin Festival. Within short walking distance to the hall are three historic country churches, well suited for country wedding ceremonies, christenings and other significant celebrations.
Recently refurbished and ideally situated in the peaceful Southern Tablelands countryside between Sydney and Canberra, Collector Hall is available for small and large private functions, corporate meetings, conferences, social club gatherings and public events. Please note, fees have been recently updated as a result of extensive refurbishment work which significantly improved the functionality and appearance of the facilities, completed in June 2023.
Collector Hall: THE MAIN HALL
The Main Hall is a larger space catering for groups of up to 200 people, depending on the configuration. The Main Hall comprises of two sections: Main Area and Stage Area.
MAIN AREA – 160m2 of open usable space for:
- Rowed seating for presentations, performances and large meetings.
- Tables and chairs set up for larger catered functions, trivia nights, group work and workshops.
- Discos, dances and kids games.
STAGE AREA – a relatively small 20m2 of usable space for:
- small drama productions;
- music ensembles;
- presenters, panellists or performers.
Kitchen Facilities:
The kitchen is connected to the Supper Room, with no direct access from the Main Hall. The kitchen can be used in addition to the Main Hall for catering purposes, by booking the Whole Venue.
The kitchen is not available if only booking the Main Hall.

Main Hall Audio Visual Facilities:
For an additional fee, the Main Hall now features high quality audio and visual capabilities.
- Complimentary equipment: 2x microphones, 2x microphone leads and 2x microphone stands
- Audio inputs available: RCA Stereo, 3.5mm Stereo, BlueTooth and 3x XLR Wall Plates
- Audio/Visual input available: HDMI
- Speakers: 1200 Watt front of house left and right
- Projector: Full HD
- Screen: 180 Inch motorised screen
- Bring your computer/device, FireStick, Apple TV, DVD Player, Blue Ray Player or Tape Deck and suitable cables to use these facilities.
The Main Hall Audio Visual equipment can be hired by booking Main Hall + AV.

Collector Hall: THE SUPPER ROOM
The supper room is a smaller space which opens to the kitchen, catering to groups of up to 40 people, depending on configuration.
SUPPER ROOM AREA – 55m2 of open usable space for:
- Rowed seating for presentations, performances and more intimate meetings.
- Tables and chairs set up for smaller catered functions, workshops and meetings.
Kitchen Facilities:
The kitchen can be used in addition to the Supper Room for catering purposes by booking Supper Room + Kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped to handle large function catering, including large-scale public events and festivals. There is no charge for use of the kitchen for Tea and Coffee purposes. For catering purposes an additional fee applies.
